Former Louisville point guard Edgar Sosa, who is playing for the Dominican Republic's national team, broke his leg in horrifying fashion. I promise you, if you are squeamish, don't watch this video. Legs do dangle:
You have to feel for Sosa here. The injury occurred with less than 40 seconds left of a game his team was winning by 24 points. He's going to be out for at least a year. How bad was it? It took until the 10th comment on KSR for a Kentucky fan to make a joke. This isn't this first time we've seen an injury like this. Derrick Roland of Texas A&M suffered a similar injury back in 2009.
The good news? At least Sosa is smiling:
