Tuesday Morning Dump

Us from yesterday: Why is Jimmer better on the road; Who are the most underrated players in the country; and, of course, the Week in Review.

- Really good stuff here from Jeff Eisenberg on how Ben Hansbrough sliced and diced Pitt's defense last night.

- Interesting read from the San Diego Tribune on the challenges faced by SDSU when compared to other top programs.

- The latest on Thomas Robinson. This is just heartbreaking. RTC said it best -- there is no right way to handle this kind of thing, but the support that the Jayhawks are showing for their teammate is a good way to start.

- Gary Parrish takes a look back at the weekend that was. Parrish also goes after a voter who gave Duke a first-place vote. Poll Attacks. Read it

- Dave Omen believes all a team needs is a few good wins in order to get into the NCAA Tournament

- Matt Jones tells us about three teams that need to come up big this week

- In this week's Three-Pointer's column, Mike DeCourcy dishes on Georgia's tough week, Belmont as an at-large bid, and the pathetic ACC

- Andy Glockner has this week's Bubble Watch for us to peruse

- Seth Davis provides his top-10 candidates for Coach of the Year

- Eric Angevine cannot understand why Butler is having such a down-year. I explained this already. I guess no one was listening.

- Expansionocalypse left the WAC is a mess of trouble. No team will suffer more than Utah State. Jeff Eisenberg thinks it would be a wise decision for the Aggies to join the MWC

- I can't remember ever seeing a team with an offense this good and a defense this bad.

- Not this again. Could Texas A&M join the SEC? (Seriously, college football has been over for what, one week, and people are already trying to tinker with the system again?)

- Central Florida has lost four in a row, and is in last place in Conference-USA. But the Knights got as commitment from top-50 class of 2012 shooting guard Shawn Smith, so things can't be going too bad in Central Florida

- Bad news for Golden Gopher fans, Al Nolen has a broken foot and will have surgery on Wednesday. Matt Norlander believes Minnesota doesn't stand a chance without Nolan's services

- The Liberty Flames are being led by yet another younger-brother. First it was Steph Curry's younger brother Seth, and now Evan Gordon, brother of current L.A. Clipper Eric, is leading the way

- The Aztecs of San Diego State have passed all the tests they have faced. They are now ready to face BYU in the Mountain-West game of the year

- A good-read on New Hampshire and the injuries they have had to fight through this season

- You are probably unaware that the University of Denver, a school known more for hockey than basketball, is undefeated and in first place in the Sun Belt Conference

- How is Michigan State still ranked? Seriously Gary Parrish needs to address this in the Poll Attacks

- Richmond still isn't where they want to be in the standings, but the team sure is fun to watch

- Are the Big-Ten standings going to look the same way in March as they do right now. Speaking of the Big-Ten, take a look at a Big-Ten-centric Bubble Watch

- Rumor had it that Seton Hall's senior guard Jamel Jackson was going to leave the program, but now it seems like he will stay on the team

- Roy Williams, Mike Krzyzewski and Sidney Lowe did commercials for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships (wait...what?)

- We posted the video from this link yesterday, but it's so interesting it deserves it's own story
