You all remember Christian Standhardinger, right?

He's the 6'8" German forward that just transferred out of Nebraska. Many thought he was going to look for an opportunity to turn pro, but he instead was all set to go to La Salle.

Well, that didn't last too long. Probably because Standhardinger was standing hard for too long:

Police spokeswoman Katie Flood said Wednesday that an officer found the 21-year-old Standhardinger and a 19-year-old woman engaged in a sex act a few hours before dawn Sunday in a Lincoln park.

Standhardinger and the woman were cited for public indecency and for being in the park after hours.

"Christian has recently been made aware of a personal situation that demands his full attention," La Salle coach John Giannini said in a statement. "We believe it is in the best interest of all parties that Christian Standhardinger does not attend La Salle University."

I cannot get over the fact that someone named Standhardinger was arrested for having sex in a park.

You can't make this stuff up.
