John Flowers is a better dancer than you

The more I learn about this West Virginia team, the more I like them.

First of all, their head coach is Bobby Huggins, a lovable country bumpkin through and through -- unless, of course, you missed a box out or blow a help-side rotation. Then there was this series of videos that the team put out where they lip sync to Brian McKnight and dance to Haddaway. And, of course, there was John Flowers doing the John Wall Dance after WVU knocked off Kentucky for the right to go to last year's Final Four.

And now?

John Flowers is teaching fans how to do the Dougie:

The video was debuted during West Virginia's 93-63 win over Providence on Thursday. According to Kevin Jones, this kind of behavior is standard for Flowers. "That's John," Jones said after the Providence win. "You can always count on him for some comic relief. That's the good thing about having him around."

It was fitting the video was debuted in that game, because it also happened to be the best game of Flower's career. He had 24 points, six boards, five assists, five steals, and three blocks.

"I was looking at my hand at one point and said, 'What's going on?'" Flowers said. "I hadn't missed a shot yet. Then I missed a 3 and I said, 'All right, there it is. That's the John Flowers I know.'"

I'd say Jones is right. Flowers does seem pretty funny. And he's obviously a good dancer. Better than me, at least.

Hey John, can you teach me how to Berney?
