9:00 pm: Bradley @ No. 1 Duke: The biggest news from this game is, obviously, that Kyrie Irving is out indefinitely with a toe injury. (I wrote about it over at Beyond the Arc.) The Blue Devils shouldn't have a problem handling Bradley without him, especially with Bradley missing their best player in Sam Maniscalco.
9:30 pm: No. 16 Notre Dame vs. No. 23 Kentucky: Technically, this will be a neutral site game, but seeing as it is played in Louisville, the crowd will be about as neutral as Glenn Beck. It will be an interesting matchup, as Notre Dame is comprised of heady, experienced players. The Irish are going to try and control the pace and win the game on the defensive end. Kentucky, on the other hand, is as young as anyone in the country. Their goal will be to speed up the tempo. In terms of personnel, the teams matchup well as neither really has much of a back-to-the-basket presence. That said, I'm not sure anyone on Notre Dame can guard Terrence Jones.
9:00 pm: Vanderbilt @ No. 11 Missouri: If you can get past the lack of a number to the left side of their name, Vanderbilt is a very good basketball team. John Jenkins is as good of a shooter as you will find, Jeff Taylor will be the most athletic player on the floor, and the Commodores have a couple of big bodies and versatile forwards in the front court. That said, their weakness is at the point, and Missouri runs a press that forces a lot of turnovers.
7:00 pm: No. 21 BYU vs. Vermont in Glens Fall, NY: Jimmer's homecoming! Vermont has a pretty solid player of their own in Evan Fjeld, who owns the best mustache in the country.
10:30 pm: No. 15 San Diego State @ Cal: Cal knocked off another MWC member, New Mexico, by 25 earlier this season. The Aztecs are much better, however, than the Lobos.
8:00 pm: Oakland @ No. 17 Illinois: The Illini have a weakness in the post. Oakland has a pro in the middle in Keith Benson. Intrigue awaits.
11:00 pm: Gonzaga @ Washington State: There may not be a team in the country that could use a win as much as Gonzaga can right about now. The Zags have lost just about every important game they have played, and beating an improved Wazzu team on the road will be a good win. Keep an eye on the Cougar's freshman Faisal Aden.
