Tuesday Morning Dump

For those of you who tuned in to the first edition of B.I.A.H Live last night, we apologize for the horrendous technical difficulties. We have since gotten 95% of them squared-away and will be good-to-go come 7:00 PM EST on Wednesday Night. Tune in at www.hoopstalklive.com.

- Yesterday was a Villanova-centric day. Dana O'Neil and Seth Davis both put wrote on Corey Fisher's development as a leader for the Wildcats. In addition, Villanova landed a guy that could end up being the next in line of Villanova's star guards in 2012 point guard Ryan Arcidiacono.

- Speaking of Dana O'Neil, we missed this over the weekend -- her take on Bruce Pearl and Tennessee. While we are on the topic of Tennessee, it doesn't sound like their recruiting is hurting too badly.

- Interesting read here from Matt Norlander, who got Tom Izzo to open up about some of the difficulties he and his team have had this offseason. While we're on the topic of Michigan State, Jeff Goodman had a chance to watch the practice last week. Of note -- Kalin Lucas is still not 100%.

- A sad ending to Andre Allen's story seems inevitable -- once the No. 1 player in his class as an eighth grader, Allen never improved while at Memphis, was kicked off the team before the Final Four, and over the weekend was arrested for possession of weed with intent to sell.

- Mississippi State head coach Rick Stansbury took offense to a comment John Calipari made about Dee Bost and Enes Kanter.

- Something to keep an eye on -- a former Rice football player is suing the NCAA over one-year athletic scholarships.

- South Florida received a commitment from 7-foot-3, 300-pound Jordan Omogbehin.

- Roy Williams did what all good coaches do when their players struggle to perform: He ran them until their shoes wore out.

- Dan Hanner takes a statistical approach (what else is new?) to preview the Big East.

Jamie Dixon went on First Take to talk about what happened this weekend:

I'm loving these videos promoting team support. LMU's is probably the best yet, as they do their best Terry Tate impression:

UCLA's basketball team participated in a pretty good PSA on sustainability:
