Blake Griffin didn't practice on Sunday, and his status is questionable for Monday night's showdown for first place in the Big XII. He apparently does have a concussion, but his MRI came back clear.
Jeff Capel isn't sure if Griffin will be available tomorrow night against Kansas, but it doesn't sound promising.
It is still unclear where or when Griffin suffered the injury. There is video of Griffin taking a shot too the face by Dexter Pittman (which also caused a bloody nose), but Griffin was also hit in the head by Dogus Balbay. Regardless of when it was, there is no question the fact that the big fella was hurting last night. Hopefully, he will be back tomorrow. I think everyone was excited to see Cole Aldrich and Griffin go head-to-head.
