The Marquette basketball anthem is pretty good

It seems like every school has a group of kids that put together a song idolizing their team. You know the drill. They take a song that has made the rounds on the radio, rewrite some of the words to pertain to their specific school, film themselves awkwardly singing and dancing, and then hope the video gets picked up by the blogs.

Well, Deadspin picked this one up from Marquette. And you know what? Its pretty damn good. I don't know why I loved it. Maybe its because the highlights were edited to be in rhythm with the beat. Maybe it was the players taking part in the video. Maybe it was because someone actually thought it a good idea to do to the worm.

I really don't know. I just love it.

Somewhere, Andy Glockner is playing this song on repeat.
