So reports are coming out of Arizona that prized recruit Brandon Jennings did not receive a qualifying test score, and will now be headed to Europe (or maybe the D-League) for a year until he is eligible for the 2009 NBA Draft. It is only a source, and it is the East Valley Tribune (not exactly ESPN.com reporting this), Wildcat fans may still have hope, but it looks like Chase Budinger's work load just got a lot bigger next year.
