Wednesday Morning Dump

- Jay Bilas has some ideas that could work for the progressive new Pac-12 (Insiders Only)

- Cal-State Northridge freshman Allan Guei is a better human being than nearly all of us. The guard won $40,00 during a shooting contest held at his Alma Mater, and instead of you know, keeping it (as any/every 18-year old in the country would/should have), Guei decided to give his winnings to the other contestants

- Matt Norlander says Jim Calhoun is approaching "Favre Time"

- Did the Chicago Sun-Times take another shot at John Calipari? It certainly looks like they did

- Butler and Gonzaga, America'2 #1 and #2 favorite Cinderella teams, will do battle in a high-profile non-conference series beginning next December

- Maybe TCU does want to compete at the Big East level. The Horned Frogs went out and hired former-Arizona State and Ole Miss head coach Rob Evans

- The "New-look" Blue Devils (God, I hate that term) will use trip to Asia in August to gel

- After decommitting twice, from Georgetown and Rutgers, six-foot-nine forward Jordan Goodman has chosen Texas Tech as his future college....for now

- Meet Scoop Jardine and Kris Joseph: The leaders of the 2011-2012 Syracuse Orange

- Gary Parrish details Sonny Vaccaro's decision to stay out of the summer hoops scene and what this means

- A "Sayin' Goodbye" to Northwestern's Troy "Juice" Thompson (Worth the read)

- Charlotte has added a couple of intriguing non-conference games to their schedule

- Old Dominion signed JuCo transfer and potential "B.I.A.H All-Namer" Nayquann Mitchell

- Marquette announced their first non-conference opponent of the 2011-2012 season

- Word on the street is that George Mason's Johnny Williams may redshirt the upcoming season

- Rush The Court checks in on how the summer is treating the West Conference

- It looks like Kemba Walker will be officially protecting this house

- Some great work done by Burnt Orange Nation. They determine if the Longhorns have been underperforming based on the talent being brought in to Austin by Rick Barnes

- Let's be honest for a second: Nebraska hasn't been good in ages. Will a change of scenery really help?

- Former-UCLA one-and-doner Jrue Holliday had some choice words about his former collegiate institution

- You probably heard Spero Dedes' voice during the 2011 NCAA Tournament. He also replaced Gus "Gus-Jeezy" Johnson as the head play-by-play voice for the Knicks. But apparently he got busted for a DUI in the Hamptons

- Jeremiah Rivers must hate his life. He played two so-so seasons at Georgetown then transferred to Indiana and played on the worst team in the Big-Ten for two years. His dad played in the NBA and coached the Celtics to a NBA title. His younger brother is the top incoming freshman in the country, and his younger sister is, well, ummm, bootyliscious (NOTE: This is the first time I've ever used that word in my entire life, and it was totally worth it)
