It's Tuesday, a.k.a. The day after The Day After, a.k.a Day Two. The flow of hoops-related news is likely to pick up as the week progresses, so stay tuned.
Yesterday, Rob Dauster provided his brief commentary on the significance of Obama bin Laden's murder, so today it's my turn.
Let's try to remember that what happened isn't the be-all-end-all. Yes it's a significant day in American history, and it will serve as a huge moral boost to citizens and military personel. But let's not forget that we have a lot of work left to do. People in Alabama are still trying to regroup and recover. The same goes for those in Japan. Terrorism will continue exist. Yes, we can embrace this and enjoy it, use this as a moment to reflect on those we lost on 9/11 and the ten years since that moment.
But let's not forget that we have a lot of work ahead of us.

Thank you for the kind words. I am sorry I could not be as grossly-inaccurate in my statements as my cohort was.
