Kenny Faried and Demonte Harper were struggling.
Down 61-59 with 20 seconds left on the clock, Faried and Harper were a combined 6-27 from the floor with just 17 points. If it wasn't for an 8-12 shooting performance from three and 36 points off the bench from Ty Proffitt and Terrance Hill, Morehead State would never have even been in this game.
And despite the cold shooting night, Morehead State head coach Donnie Tyndall put the ball in Harper's hands at the end of the game, and it paid off:
I have much more to say about this game, but it is going to have to wait until tonight's recap. Brandon Knight just hit a game winner.
