Friday Morning Dump

- Your must-read of the day comes from Pete Thamel from the New York Times. He busts the doors open on a slew of violations committed by Coastal Carolina head coach Cliff Ellis. The Chanticleers have had three players suspended this season, plus another two go down with injury. But the controversy deals with one of the three players Ellis removed from the program last year in order to make room for new transfers. Trust me people, this is a must-read. But The Dagger provides a more-concise-read if you are in a rush

- We should all be familiar with the actions of John O'Connor, the head coach at Holy Name University. But he won't be facing any criminal charges for his actions. O'Connor made a public apology for his actions, but Matt Kravchuk, the player, did not accept it. UPDATE: apparently O'Connor has announced his resignation from the University.
