Tuesday's Pregame Beat

7:00 pm: Ole Miss @ Kentucky: A lot of the talk of the last couple of days has been the supposed rift between John Wall and John Calipari. Well, tonight will be the first time the Wildcats take the court since this news hit the internet. Wall has been struggling of late, but DeMarcus Cousins has been an absolute monster over the last month. Ole Miss has no one inside that can handle the big fella (does anyone?).

9:00 pm: Michigan State @ Wisconsin: If the Badgers have any hope of making a run at the top spot in the league, they have to win this game tonight. A loss drops them four games back of the undefeated Spartans with just eight games to play. Wisconsin is still without Jon Leuer, but if Keaton Nankivil is able to play anywhere close to the way he did against Purdue, that won't be as big of an issue. The Kohl Center is always a tough place to play, but can the undermanned Badgers still win?

Bubble Watch

  • 7:00 pm: Michigan @ Northwestern: Michigan is all but done, while the Wildcats still have a chance if they can close out the Big Ten season strong. They only play one team with a winning league record the rest of the way.
  • 7:00 pm: Miami FL @ Wake Forest: Miami's struggles in league play have put them in a big hole. Wake Forest should be in the dance as long as they win the games they are supposed to win.
  • 7:00 pm: Seton Hall @ Villanova: The Hall has the talent to merit a bid, the problem is that they haven't put together the resume. Beating Villanova would be a nice step in the right direction.
  • 9:00 pm: Northeastern @ Delaware: The Huskies probably cost themselves a shot at an at-large bid with a 2-7 start, but you never know if they keep winning.
  • 10:00 pm: Air Force @ San Diego State: SDSU is on the outside looking in right now. If they want to earn a bid, they absolutely cannot afford to lose this one.
Other Notable Games
  • 7:00 pm: Providence @ Syracuse
  • 8:00 pm: Kansas State @ Nebraska
  • 9:00 pm: TCU @ BYU
