Thursday Morning Dump

- Jeff Teague (who we profiled Tuesday) sprained his MCL Wednesday morning at the Minnesota group workout. It is not likely to affect where he will be picked (he already worked out in Golden State in front of 20-some teams and at the combine in Chicago) or his status in the draft.

- Andy Katz gives you a little more on the Derrick Rose eligibility issue, as well as some other NBA Draft buzz.

- Jeremy Tyler will workout for Israeli pro team Maccabi Haifa.

- ESPN (insider required) looks into the issue of drafting the best player available vs. trying to fit a role.

- Draft Express takes a look at the combine results.

- CBSSports is running a series this summer called Arena Wars.

- Goodman's first mock draft.

- Memphis has signed 6'8" french swingman Martin Ngaloro.

- TrueHoop explains why athletes (and celebrities in general) should never complain about too much media coverage.

- Pretty funny article from to Mercury News. Either these prospects are very well-coached in the art of politicking, or they just don't realize that Don Nelson doesn't play rookies.

- As expected, Landon Slone, a former Kentucky walk-on, is headed to Morehead State.

- The NCAA will cut back on their member dues.

- Jameer Nelson: 10-15 minutes a night.

- The only reason to watch Nascar.

- The age old question: Bear Grylls or Lee Stroud?

- Never thought I'd say this, but Seth Green can be pretty funny:
