Charles Garcia is an intriguing NBA prospect.
He is 6'10", athletic, versatile, and posted his fair share of double-doubles and 30 point outings playing for Seattle U. The young has his detractors, however. He was unable to get into Washington -- why he settled on Seattle -- and he as relegated to a reserve role by head coach Cameron Dollar due to a lack of effort.
So there's that.
